DREAMGRIP™ Still & Motion is the universal modular kit to equip every visual content Creator with a complete set of extensions to support in filming cinematic quality moving shots and creative camera angles. All the elements are easy connectible and intuitively simple for any user even with no previous shooting experience. Same time the equipment matches all criteria for professional use and will serve well even young Creator to be on a par with mature PRO with minimum effort.

The set includes handheld Pan Stabilizer (also known as C-Shape Grip), 4 wheels Dolly, manual telescopic remote control, a number of smart connectors, universal smartphone Clamp holder, and 3D bubble level for easy visual control over the actual camera position. Depends on the chosen shooting point and the frame the Operator can use some or all of the accessories to assemble and customize the required moving camera support gear. And as all DREAMGRIP products do – Motion BOX serves perfectly with DSLR, compact VCR, action cameras and smartphones either with or without Evolution Rig.

Here are some basic options for assembling and connections of the accessories from the BOX.

– Pan Stabilizer “C-Shaped Grip” – the stabilizer with Evolution Rig (Camera position: pan, pedestal, worm eye, tracking, following)

The most simple and useful out of the BOX sets. To assemble insert original Track Connector (included) to the lower Track on the Rig. Then tighten it with the first Stabilizer bolt. Use the extra Standard Bolt to fix the upper Track to the other bolt on top end of Stabilizer.

The construction helps you to film from the ground level straight and up (“worm eye” angle), move camera left or right with just one hand (pan), elevate the camera over the eye level, and film steady shots even if walk with the camera (tracking, following).

You may also fix your phone on the Stabilizer using the extra Clamp holder, and your DSLR/VCR should have ¼” thread to connect with the standard bolt on top of the Stabilizer platform.

Both lower connection bolts at Stabilizer equipped with standard ¼” treaded nuts to be fixed on a tripod or be connected to other basement.

– Rig on Wheels “Roller” (Camera position: side motion, tracking, arc, circling)

The light construction allows you to film with a steady side or circle moving but the strictly vertical camera. The two-wheel axis on the Dolly can be connected directly to Evolution Rig. To do so you need to screw the axis bolt in the Rig low bolts. This lightweight construction will allow you to move the camera to both sides slowly and steady as well as moving along a circle following chosen axis angles. Connect the telescopic remote control to any free bolt on the Rig to regulate the moving speed.

– Dolly with Evolution Rig “Skater” (Camera position: side motion, tracking, arc, circle, low-angle/ high-angle)

For filming a smaller object you may need to have a tilt for the better observation of the object from over the top. And this is why you need to mount your Rig on Dolly and tighten securely with two Tilt Control connectors. By adjusting the wheel axis angle you may control the moving radius to capture a still object from around. You have the control over the tilt almost 180 degrees wide that delivers you both low-angle (“worm eye”) for bigger objects, and high-angle view over smaller objects.

To elevate the camera higher you can use the remote control connected handle side to the Dolly with the standard connection bolt of 1/4”. The head of the remote control insert in the lower track of the Rig and tighten it up with Track Connector. Pull out telescopic tubes to regulate the height of your camera over the shooting object.

– Stabilizer on Dolly “Scorpio” (Camera position: zooming, approaching and moving away)

Finally you can connect the Stabilizer with Evolution Rig to the Dolly with the second long bolt. Now the camera faces the front moving direction, and thus both approaching and moving away shots will be smooth and easy. Actually, that is how “Scorpio” enables optical zoom, which you could not have with just your phone camera but will be able to shoot with almost no effort.

And because the camera is on the edge of the Dolly you may use either wide or telephoto lens the same way as you would do for the side moves with zero risk of having accidentally the wheels in the frame.

All these creative shoots never before were so easy to capture with just your mobile phone or any other cameras. Even starting with next to zero filming background you will experience swift progress and will be able to deliver some brilliant visual content in a few minutes of practicing.
